    Anything worth having takes hard work
    I have had the book of the same title for over a year however found the exercises very difficult to follow in a timely manner when trying to go by the book.

    ON THE WAY TO A YOUNGER REFRESHED BODY AND MIND!
    Love, love this DVD, but I only give it 4 stars due to some of the “dangerous” exercises, i.e. crunches with clapping, wood chopping and jumping jack jumps.
