    Terrible advice – good idea
    The book has a point behind it that we should be eating less inflammatory foods but here is a list of foods it says in inflammatory:

    Book is full of blatent contradictions and unsubstantiated claims. One page says walnuts bad, next page says use walnut oil. ????????????
